Quotes from our CEO Circle Participants

Greg Moser

"As a member of CEO Circle, I believe its prevented numerous mistakes and introduced me to invaluable connections. It emphasizes growth-focused discussions resulting in transformative insights like the necessity of a board chair to ease my workload as the CEO."

Why Join a CEO Circle?

CEO Circles are comprised of fellow CEOs who understand the challenges you face. They facilitate better decision-making in the key areas of enhancing company value, capital raising, and M&A. Members bring their toughest professional or personal challenges to the group, receiving direct, constructive advice and benefiting from peer insights. Occasionally, members are also able to remove blind spots they may identify.

With monthly meetings guided by a CEO Circle Chair, the objective is clear: harness the group's collective expertise to drive strategic decisions. In an atmosphere of absolute confidentiality, each session is transformative, leaving participants feeling more empowered, informed, and supported than before.

What to Expect at a CEO Circle

  • Be part of a "kitchen cabinet" of fellow CEOs to help you weigh your options when making decisions

  • Gain new insights and actionable advice through a structured process

  • Participate in educational workshops with expert speakers from ACG

  • A supportive environment, free from competition and sales pressure

  • Develop lifelong friendships with good laughs along the way

Join a CEO Circle

By joining a CEO Circle Group, you gain entry to a cohort of 14 to 16 CEOs spanning various industries, convening monthly under the guidance of a seasoned Chair. This setting facilitates the exploration of pertinent issues faced by individual CEOs in the areas of growing enterprise value, raising capital and M&A e.g. selecting investment bankers or structuring key employee compensation.

The group collectively offers support, suggestions, and invaluable experiences to navigate challenges with confidence and discretion. Engaging discussions yield actionable insights for making strategic decisions and propelling business growth. Additionally, expert speakers are occasionally invited by the Chair to shed light on critical topics relevant to growing enterprise value and successful M&A outcomes.
