What's a CEO Circle?

  • A CEO Circle is a moderated monthly meeting focused on M&A, capital raising and growing company value. The chair leads a group of 16 CEOs in a peer-to-peer format. They discuss member issues, find solutions, and collaborate to hold each other accountable to implement the solutions.
  • The chair fosters a culture of authentic sharing. There are no hidden agendas. What’s shared in a CEO Circle is held in the strictest confidence.
  • CEO Circle members are carefully vetted to avoid competitors becoming part of the same group. Sales pitches and solicitation are not allowed.
  • Being a CEO can be a lonely and isolating. A CEO Circle membership mitigates this. It provides a kitchen cabinet of peer advisors that often result in the formation of personal friendships that last a lifetime.

    Join a CEO Circle

  • Joining a CEO Circle Group gives you access to 16 to 20 CEOs from non-competing industries that meet monthly, moderated by a qualified Chair.
  • The Chair leads a process of surfacing issues that are important to individual CEOs. For example, CEO issues might include selecting an investment banker, raising capital, working with an advisory board, structuring retention agreements for key employees, choosing a deal team, etc.
  • The CEO Circle Group collectively supports the CEO with suggestions, advice, and experiences that can guide the CEO to solve issues and move forward.
  • Group discussions are active, exciting, engaging, and confidential.
  • CEOs walk away with insights to make better strategic decisions, and move their business forward.
  • The Chair will occasionally add specialized expert speakers to educate the group about critical topics that can have a direct impact on successful M&A outcomes.
